The new system, which includes FilmLight`s revolutionary Blackboard 2 control panel, allows FILMLOOK, for the first time, to provide its television clients, who include Disney Channel, Fox, CBS, ESPN and HBO, with colour grading services in a file-based workflow. It also allows the company to initiate a new service: DCP mastering for feature films.

Robert has been asked to be the Director of Photography for the two finale episodes of the third season for the popular HBO series. The episodes are expected to be the biggest and most spectacular to-date for the show, which is a fantasy television adaptation of George R. R. Martin's series of books, titled A Game of Thrones. Filming will take place this summer and fall in Ireland, Croatia and Morocco. The episodes will air on the HBO network next year.

Overseen by the Rainier Communications Commission (RCC), a cooperative of Pierce County and cities and towns within the county, PCTV creates and manages government access programming for the area. It maintains a busy production schedule, including Pierce County News, a weekly news program produced in its studio, and Rainier Country, an Emmy-nominated newsmagazine.
